Beer Festival logo
This year's logo, which features the now traditional dragon, was drawn by
Justin Turner, of Norwich, and was chosen from over 90 adult and
junior entries.
Festival Organiser Martin Ward commented: "It is pleasing that the
competition still attracts so many new entries year after year. The
logo is a strong visual image and will look good on the promotional
material we distribute throughout Great Britain.
"Although the festival is in its 31st year, it remains as popular and
vibrant as ever. The chosen logo demonstrates the strength of CAMRA
and the vitality of the Norwich branch.
"The design will appear on publicity material, glasses, products and
clothing, all of which will be taken away by our 15,000 customers. We
like to promote a positive image of the city and attract visitors."
Martin went on to add: "Justin will receive a cheque for £100 and a
selection of products featuring his logo which will also be featured
on all publicity material. The junior winner will receive a cheque for £25.00.
"I would like to thank the entrants for their efforts. All will
receive either a complimentary ticket to the festival or, if a junior
entrant, a festival badge."
