Like to know more about beer or cider? Then come to one of our tutored tastings, hosted by experts!
 
Tuesday
Foreign Beers
Simon Johnson, foreign beer expert and well-known blogger, tutors this session, which is new for 2012, showcasing the best from the foreign beers bar, including some beers you’ll not find very often in this country.
 
A Taste of Norfolk (7pm) – Featuring a range of beers from Norfolk brewers, and tutored by multi-award winning brewer, Stephen George from Humpty Dumpty.
 
Wednesday
The Joy of Hops
– everything you’ve ever wanted to know about hops and their influence on beer aromas and flavours, tutored by Phil Halls, Head Brewer at Grain Brewery, and winner of numerous awards.
 
Thursday
Apples & Pears
– Featuring a range of ciders and perries from around the UK, with expert guide Mick Lewis.
 
Friday
Introduction to Real Ale
– Top quality examples of the major beer styles, from golden ale to barley wine via fruit beers, IPAs, milds, stouts and porters. Tutor John Keeling, Head Brewer of Fuller's Brewery, Chiswick..
 
Prices: £12 per person for all tastings except the Foreign Beers which is priced at £15. £2 discount for CAMRA members. Price includes all samples and free entry to the Festival.
